How pallet pricing works
The tariff is by weight band on the chargeable weight, which is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (volume in cubic metres multiplied by a declared coefficient). Above 100 kg chargeable a per-kilo rate applies to the excess. No hidden formulas: the calculation is shown in the portal before you confirm, and our price list is available on request.
Delivery conditions
Kerbside delivery with tail-lift and pallet truck, no forklift required at destination. Multi-pallet shipments to the same consignee are priced per pallet and summed. Long or irregular items (pipes, bars, tanks) are priced on their volumetric weight; exceptional goods (large tanks, machinery) are quoted separately.
Transit times
From our hub in Elmas: Cagliari area and the SS131 corridor to Oristano and Macomer next working day; Sassari, Nuoro and Olbia 24 hours; inland towns 24/48 hours. For shippers from abroad, the island leg takes one or two days from take-over at the port or at our hub.

No, our vehicles have a tail-lift and a pallet truck: delivery is to kerbside.

Yes, at the same tariff by weight band and within 24/48 hours.
Can you collect a pallet at our factory abroad?
Collection abroad is handled through partner carriers; the Sardinian leg is ours. Tell us the origin and we propose the full solution.
